01What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you access a website or web application. They allow the platform to recognise your device, remember your preferences, and maintain your session securely.

Transure is a B2B financial platform. We use cookies primarily to keep you securely logged in and to ensure the platform functions reliably — not for advertising or cross-site tracking.

02How We Use Cookies

  • Authentication — to verify your identity and keep your session secure after login.
  • Security — to detect and prevent fraud, session hijacking, and CSRF attacks.
  • Preferences — to remember your dashboard layout and notification settings.
  • Performance — to monitor platform speed and measure feature usage in aggregate.
  • Support — to help our support team reproduce issues you report.

04Third-Party Cookies

We use a limited number of trusted third-party services. When you connect to banking partners or payment processors, those providers may set cookies governed by their own cookie policies.

  • No advertising networks or retargeting pixels.
  • No social media tracking buttons embedded in the platform.
  • No third-party behavioural analytics profiling individual users.

05Managing Cookie Preferences

You can manage optional cookie preferences from your account Settings → Privacy. You can also control cookies through your browser settings.

Required cookies can’t be turned off. Blocking required cookies (session, CSRF, error logging) will prevent you from logging into or using the Transure platform.

06Local Storage

In addition to cookies, Transure uses browser local storage to persist certain application state data such as your current workspace and recently accessed reports. This data is stored entirely on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

07Policy Changes

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in the technologies we use. We will notify account administrators of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect.
