01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between Transure (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the entity or individual (“you”, “Customer”) accessing or using the Transure platform.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using any Transure service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

02Our Services

Transure provides a financial operations platform including:

• Payment processing via NEFT, RTGS, and IMPS rails.
• Expense management and reimbursement workflows.
• Treasury and cash flow management.
• AI-powered financial forecasting.
• Integrations with accounting, ERP, payroll, and banking systems.
• Compliance and audit trail management.

03Accounts & Access

Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Authorised Users

You may grant access to employees and contractors within your organisation. You are responsible for ensuring Authorised Users comply with these Terms.

KYC & Verification

To enable payment features, you agree to provide KYC documentation (including GST certificate, CIN, and PAN) as requested.

04Your Obligations

• Use the platform only for lawful business purposes.
• Not process transactions in violation of PMLA, FEMA, or RBI guidelines.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer or decompile the platform.
• Not resell, sublicense, or transfer access without prior written consent.
• Promptly notify us of any security breach or unauthorised access.

05Payments & Billing

Subscription Fees

All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) and are exclusive of applicable GST. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

06Intellectual Property

Transure retains all rights, title, and interest in the platform. You retain ownership of all data you input into the platform (“Customer Data”).

07Data & Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep the other’s Confidential Information strictly confidential. Data processing practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

08Limitation of Liability

Transure’s total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

09Suspension & Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your subscription at any time by providing 30 days’ written notice.

Termination by Transure

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you materially breach these Terms or if required by a regulatory authority.

10Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana. Disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

11Changes to Terms

For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days’ notice via email to the account administrator before the updated Terms take effect.
